Agreement

This update includes language throughout to support bringing all current AutoRABIT products into one agreement. By continuing to use any of the AutoRABIT Services, Customer agrees to the updated terms and conditions in this AutoRABIT Software License and Services Agreement.

This update (i) removes any references to Third Party Content, (ii) amends 4.2. Customer Data to confirm that Customer shall not handle any Customer Data in violation of the AutoRABIT Documentation provided to Customer and (iii) amends 4.4. Personal Information to add additional language regarding Customer’s use of PII and PHI under HIPAA. By continuing to use any of the AutoRABIT Services, Customer agrees to the updated terms and conditions in this AutoRABIT Subscription and Services Agreement (Short Form).
